A message from Eric, salsa creator —

Salsa from the jar just isn't my favorite and I've always disliked buying it. So in 2005, I set out to create the ultimate, best-tasting salsa I could using only fresh tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, cilantro, pineapples and various hot peppers. Although those first batches of salsa were amazing, the recipes have since evolved to include other fresh ingredients, homegrown herbs, and spices. Since its creation, Beelzebub's has been a favorite among family and friends and has gathered a following of loyal customers. Everyone loves the salsa!

Not only is Beelzebub's Salsa delicious on a traditional blue or yellow corn chip, many fans of Beelzebub's use it to spice up hamburgers, hot dogs, eggs, baked potatoes, even pizza. It's also a great marinade for chicken or steak. We think you'll agree that Beelzebub's shines the most when used on fajitas, quesadillas, tacos or any Mexican food. Your best bet: Be Creative! Hearing about new and interesting ways to enjoy our salsa always pleases us! Enjoy!

We strive for consistency with each batch of salsa we make. We follow our recipes exactly by measuring every ingredient. Although everything is precise on our end, the end product may vary due to forces of nature. Fresh vegetables and fruits are not always consistent because of the location of their growth, climate, the amount of time spent on the plant before harvesting, etc. We do our best to be consistent within our recipes and use the freshest produce available all year.

Salsa has a 30-day shelf life and must be kept cold.
