OK Eric has outdone himself with the Chipoltle Garlic #7. It is everything I like all rolled up into a salsa flavor. The sweet tomato, the garlic, the heat from the jalepenos, the complexity of the peppers, and the smoke from the chipoltle. Pack some in my casket when I check out!!!

My favorite is the medium as for chips & salsa ~ however I enjoyed the habanero drizzled over some tacos & even put a couple drops on some scrambled eggs. One thing I really like is the consistency also - meaning no large tomato chunks - every thing blends well meaning I can taste the some of the cilantro etc. ALot of salsa just has a overpowering tomato taste and thats not what I like - I like the mix of all fresh flavors. Eric, your salsas are truly wonderful. I could tell even before I tasted them just by how fresh they looked! I'm very partial right now to the one with pineapple. Don't have the nerve yet for the inferno, but I'll get there! I did share some with Sam and Frank and will make sure that my family can get ahold of some too so that everyone I know tastes how great this is!!! :D

Made up a meatloaf and replaced tomatoe sauce with the medium salsa and put it in the smoker for 3 hours at low heat and WOW!!!--stayed moist and had all the peppers,onions and flavor from the salsa along with a smoke flavor.....

This is by far the best salsa I have ever tasted. It is totally fresh with nothing unhealthy about it...how often can you truly obsessively eat something and not worry about all the fat and chemicals you are putting into your body...this stuff is AMAZING!!! Not only can you eat this salsa the old fashion (and my personal favorite) way with tortilla chips, but it goes perfectly with so many other dishes, such as toppings on chicken, baked potatoes, hamburgers, portabella mushroom caps...heck, pretty much everything...I'd put it on my icecream but then perhaps that would be pushing it just a little bit (and note, I just said a little bit) because perhaps I may try doing just that... :-P In all seriousness...this is the only salsa I have ever craved at 3 am in the morning...and I used to not even be that into salsa! This is the best salsa ever, Eric!! Jeremy had it last night at the Roosevelt for his super bowl celebration...and everybody kept raving about it! I'm not really a big fan of salsa cause it doesn't usually have a lot of flavor, but I tried it anyhow. Yours is an exception. WOW!! Though it was originally known by a different name, this Spicy, full flavor salsa hasn't changed one bit. I have always been a fan of this salsa. Weather he makes one gallon or ten, it has remained consistent both in flavor and heat. I have watched first timers experience this devilish delight and have never seen anyone just "taste" it. I wanna thank the inventor of this salsa, i got creative and basted a chicken and let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours covered, made my stuffin and stuff the chicken and placed chicken in roaster pan with a little of the salsa on the bottom and baked till done,,wow !!!!!!........Thank you devil....your gonna make my cooking so much easier...

When I first got a jar of this salsa, I thought nothing could top the mexican salsas I'm used to. The dan thing didn't last 15 minutes on my kitchen table. My boyfriend, brother-in-law and I couldn't figure out which 3 peppers you used before it was all gone. Then I was surprised to find out you used 7 peppers from your own garden, its impressive. Great stuff! I recommend it.
